I am not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by Australia Post and I am not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. 

Please know that I take the utmost care in packaging your order so that it arrives undamaged, but sometimes things happen in transit which are obviously out of my control.

Please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order and I will do my very best to remedy the situation.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can only be refunded for the full amount to the original purchaser.
Partially used gift vouchers cannot be refunded. 
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash by the recipient.
